At Marathon Watch, we stand by the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring the protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our facility, our technicians will inspect the piece and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
