Where are Marathon watches manufactured?
All Marathon watches are designed in Canada and manufactured in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, ensuring the highest standards of Swiss craftsmanship and precision.
What is the difference between Tritium and MaraGlo illumination?
Tritium gas tubes provide a self-luminous constant glow for up to 25 years without needing an external light source, while MaraGlo is a photo-luminescent paint that requires charging by sunlight or artificial light.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with international delivery times ranging from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn watches in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items showing signs of wear or modified bracelets are not eligible for return.
Do Marathon watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Marathon watch comes with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in the movement or craftsmanship.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our watches are water-resistant, ranging from 3ATM for general use to 30ATM (300 meters/1000 feet) for our professional Search and Rescue (SAR) diver models.
